POLYFLOW Valve Gate systems are built with adjustable valve pin feature. All valve gate nozzle is equipped with a pre-centered pin guide and tight cylindrical fit that makes almost invisible gate marks and helps reduce wear on the valve pin. High visual requirements, various applications, reductions in cycle time, minimal shear stress.'
 
Advantages:
• Polyflow valve gate systems are built with an adjustable valve pin feature. The depth of valve pin is adjustable within 0.05mm accuracy.
• All valve gate nozzle is equipped with a pre-centered pin guide and tight cylindrical fit
• Pneumatic or Hydraulic dual drive cylinder design.
• Easily adjust the depth of the valve pin on outside, no need to disassemble the piston.

POLYFLOW Single Valve Gate Nozzle has been designed with the latest piston technology and integrated with valve gate nozzle. The nozzle series offers numerous advantages owing to its wide range of applications in all branches of plastic injection molding. Especially work of processing the most highly glass filled resins.

Polyflow’s Smart Series nozzles feature a refined tip design, which is manufactured from highly conductive material that transfer precise heat to the gate area for minimal gate vestige and excellent gate marks.

• Unique Nozzle’s Design Conductive wear resistant tip

MU Series Multi-tip nozzles
 
MU Series Multi-tip nozzle is offered with 2-8 tips. The MU series are the Multi-Tip nozzles which are offered at three diameters. The smaller diameter is available with 1-4 tips while the larger diameter nozzles are available with up to 8 tips. We can customize all our designs to better fit your needs.
