SMART Series nozzles
Polyflow’s Smart Series nozzles feature a refined tip design, which is manufactured from highly conductive material that transfer precise heat to the gate area for minimal gate vestige and excellent gate marks.
Advantages:
• Nozzles Body are machined from a single piece of H-13 steel, eliminating the stresses and leakage that can occur with multiple-piece nozzle body constructions.
• Unique Nozzle’s Design Conductive wear resistant tip
• Durable TZM tips with excellent heat conductivity and wear resistance
• Suitable for abrasive resins, glass-filled resins, and flame retardant materials
• Thermocouple located close to the gate for accurate control of the polymer temperature.
• The replaceable tip configurations include Point gate, Ring gate, edge gate, extended tip, and sprue type.

MU Series Multi-tip nozzles
MU Series Multi-tip nozzle is offered with 2-8 tips. The MU series are the Multi-Tip nozzles which are offered at three diameters. The smaller diameter is available with 1-4 tips while the larger diameter nozzles are available with up to 8 tips. We can customize all our designs to better fit your needs.
